About Us

She's Got Time (SGT) is a community of women in sports fostering a culture that uplifts and empowers them personally and professionally. Addressing the diverse roles women hold in the sports industry, SGT tackles challenges that may limit their potential. Through a resource-based ecosystem, SGT offers a supportive community where women can transcend their everyday roles, elevating their physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being. SGT's four pillars—interactive summits, art of storytelling, SGT CAREERS, and our Membership Network—aim to achieve these goals.

Interactive Summits

SGT’s annual summit focuses on interactive workshops, wellness activities, and building deep connections among an intergenerational group of women with different experiences in sport. During the annual summit, SGT’s goal is to elevate and highlight a theme that empowers this community of women in sports to gain new tools and expanded networks that support their ability to rise above in their everyday life.

The Art of Storytelling

SGT’s platform is designated to elevating, highlighting, and connecting women in sports who are committing the time to discovering more about who they are and how they influence others beyond what they do in sport.

SGT CAREERS

SGT CAREERS is a dedicated platform for women in sports to foster inclusivity and empowerment. The CAREERS initiative provides both a space for women to excel, and a gateway for exploring diverse career opportunities within professional sports leagues and corporations.

Membership Network

SGT Membership focuses on women becoming a part of our tribe. This network will allow each woman to feel supported and empowered to thrive in their career, family, and life through exclusive access to programming, mentorship, events, and specially curated access to products. Personal and Professional Development opportunities are offered throughout the year with Presenting Sponsorship opportunities for Brand Partners.

She's Got Time (SGT) is built on a foundation that is focused on kinship. Women in sports have long been the trailblazers, change makers, and catalysts for movement in an industry that impacts culture and our world in a big way. SGT will continue that legacy by building a community amongst these women – we will not be afraid to have tough conversations and share insights to solve long-standing issues that women in sports continue to face. SGT curates authentic and genuine spaces to engage and learn, content to tell our inspirational stories, and we offer opportunities throughout the year to pour into our tribe. The effects will be a stronger foundation and a more stellar trajectory for women where our work, lifestyle, and well-being will be positively impacted. Our goal is to take on collective core issues head-on and work together on solutions regardless of where you are in your career. SGT is the platform and home for executives and our future leaders to be a resource for each other and to have true intergenerational connectivity that will set everyone up for success. As a collective, we’ve got time to pour into each other, and we will build the dreams and careers for our future – together.
